VOLUNTEER ROLE at SUNSHINE_

Are you passionate about volunteering and making a difference in your community? Do you want to use your skills and experience to help a brand new grassroots community wellbeing charity? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our very small team as one of our General Volunteers, where you will help out within the charity where needed as we enter our set up phase (with the option of staying on to support us in our 2nd pre-launch phase).

As one of our General Volunteers, you will play a vital role in supporting us at SUNSHINE wherever needed.

This could include supporting us with general admin, spreading the word about SUNSHINE online or putting up posters in Tower Hamlets, organising and scheduling volunteers, helping set up activities or supporting us at our launch, to running stalls at local events, doing internet research and much, much more.

You could even use your skills and experience to help us directly within an area of your expertise.

We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, reliable and committed to our cause and who will support our Founder and CEO and our small team to make SUNSHINE a huge success.

The role is mostly remote but you will be required to attend meetings and any agreed charity activities taking place in Tower Hamlets in East London.

In return, you will have the opportunity to develop new skills, make valuable connections, and be part of a community that will be making a real difference to peoples lives and look great on your CV.

SUNSHINE is a very small start-up grassroots community wellbeing charity dedicated to bringing people together, promoting healthy living and wellbeing and spreading joy and community spirit through a range of health, wellbeing and community based activities and programmes.
