Part Time role Job Share**This job share role is to start asap if possible The total hours can be between 10-15 hours each week on a Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday. We have a part time job share vacancy for an Account Executive with Board level Executive Assistant administrative duties.

We are a professional services firm and this part of our business specialises in providing executive admin and some company secretarial duties to trade and professional associations, academic societies and other not for profit membership organisations.

Our fundamental purpose is to provide service excellence to our membership bodies and provide value for money.

Our continued business growth means we are looking for a personable, competent and proactive Association or Charity Executive (Executive Assistant / Company Secretariat) to join the team on a hybrid working basis at our Luton offices based at Capability Green.


Key to this role will be providing comprehensive Executive Administration support to the Boards and Committees for a wide range of professional associations and membership organisations.

You will be entrusted with the administrative duties, maintaining records, and performing secretariat duties, for some of our valued membership and Charity clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Secretariat activities to include meeting planning, drafting of agendas, taking minutes and followingup actions/matters arising
  • Managing annual calendar of items for the Board
  • Assisting with statutory filings and obligations for Companies House filings
  • Day to day liaison with the Board of Directors, Chairs, Non Executive Directors, Independent Non Executive Directors
  • Project and contract management
  • Arranging and overseeing the practical matters relating to the Board and Committee meetings
  • Responding to ad hoc requests for information from clients

Key Skills:


  • Experience of meeting planning and management, proactive in approach and style
  • Experience of working in a client focused environment with direct client contact
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering to deadlines under time pressure
  • Confident, engaging and warm personality with excellent communication skills both on the phone and face to face

This is a fascinating and varied role with some flexibility to attend early evening client committee meetings in central London, occasional full day meetings in other cities in the UK and possible overseas travel.


You must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to regularly travel to the Luton office each week on a Wednesday as well as working remotely.


Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
