Permanent, Full time, 37 hours a week


Two Rivers are looking for a Tenancy Compliance Officer, to ensure their customers receive a high quality, proactive tenancy compliance support service.


Reporting to the Tenancy Support Team Leader, you will work proactively with tenants to identify actions that need to take place to help prevent and reduce antisocial behaviour and tenancy breaches.

You will support tenants and manage cases of harassment, particularly incidents involving matters of race, sexuality or gender and cases of domestic abuse, and take appropriate actions including legal recourse to implement tenancy compliance and reduce antisocial behaviour.


Day-to-day, you will liaise with tenants, customers, colleagues, statutory agencies and other organisations to ensure that action is taken and find effective remedies to all issues.

You will develop effective partnerships, including sharing protocols, with other statutory and voluntary agencies and comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

You will take ownership of your own service delivery, and highlight any areas of concern, making recommendations to improve performance and implementing this as required.


We are looking for someone with experience in providing antisocial or tenancy breach advice, ideally within the social housing sector, who is used to working in challenging customer facing situations.


  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ideally with a sound understanding of relevant housing policies and practices including financial and debt advice
  • Working to deadlines to meet operational requirements
  • Hold a CIH Level 3 or equivalent or aspirations to obtain
  • You will with a Full UK driving licence.
