An exciting opportunity has arisen at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust


We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Royal United Hospital.

Experience in all IT Microsoft systems, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

You will be working as part of a team producing reports and data on request, assisting the adult safeguarding specialist practitioners with general admin for the adult safeguarding and Learning Disability and Autism services.


We are looking for a hardworking administrator to join our safeguarding team to provide administrative support gathering of data and presentation of safeguarding reports.


To provide day to day support to the safeguarding adults and Learning Disabilities and Autism team delivering to tight timescales on a range of administrative duties.

Have an excellent understanding of computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Millennium (patient record system)
