Fixed term to 26 July 2024 (with possibility of extension, depending upon funding)

_ SoundStorm and Wave are Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole's award-winning music and cultural education services, hosted within BCP Council, leading the Music Education Hub and Cultural Hub for the conurbation. They require a new full-time member of staff (or job share equivalent). The post is initially fixed term until 26 July 2024 and will support the team in delivery of its burgeoning programme of work, particularly the delivery of its Music Education Hub remit, plus other ongoing programmes and commissions. It's an exciting time to join the team, with a new National Plan for Music Education coming into force in September 2023._
**_ Applicants should have significant project management experience, preferably in a music education or cultural setting, along with an ability to manage a varied programme of work. The post will involve considerable liaison with schools, so experience of dealing with, or working in schools, is a distinct advantage, as is knowledge of the cultural and music education curricula. A personable and positive manner when dealing with stakeholders is essential, as is access to a car for business use. This is an exciting opportunity, joining a busy, friendly team at an important time in its development._
