CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
We are now actively looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our fabulous Credit Union client as their new Business Relationship Officer as they expand their membership across Merseyside.
This is a great opportunity to join them as part of a financial co-operative that exists for the benefit of its members who live, work or study in the Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St.
Joining them you will be joining a Credit Union that is owned and controlled by its members with a mission is to provide quality inclusive savings, loans and relevant products for all their members throughout their lives.

Pension:
Credit union will make an 8% contribution of your salary into the designated pension fund.
As this is the government minimum for employees and employers, you do not need to make any contributions, they pay it for you.
However, they would encourage you to make additional contributions for your future pension, no matter how small. As a credit union the financial stability and security for their members and employees is of significant importance.Enhanced holiday entitlement over and above the statutory minimum of 25 days plus bank holidays
Plus a holiday scheme which provides for the buying and selling of holidays up to 5 additional days.
Enhanced Arrangements/Payments
- 35hrs per week Mon-Fri 8:30 4pm
- Extra day off for your birthday

THE OPPORTUNITY
Customer Relationship Officer "We are looking for an outstanding people person who will support the success of the credit union"
Working with the Credit union, you will be looking to support the members.
Key Responsibility's:
To act as first point of contact on reception, over the phone, or electronically to all members.
To record all transactions on members accounts at point of sale and provide information on any new products and services.
To provide accurate information to members about their accounts and refer on to different departments as and when necessary.To undertake general administration, such as filing, post duties, scanning and indexing.
To assist members with any security access to their accounts, by resetting PIN numbers and password security data.
To ensure compliance at all times with anti-money laundering, fraud and sanctions processes.
To enter new members on the system, updating, scanning and filing records
