Health and Safety Manager

Maesteg

£negotiable depending on experience


Due to continued growth, a requirement has arisen for a Health and Safety Manager to join a global manufacturer who support the construction industry.


You will work closely with the Senior Management team but will have the autonomy to take the lead with all things Health and Safety.


Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a Health and Safety strategy for the business
  • Lead health and safety culture and behavioural change
  • Continuous improvement
  • Develop, implement and ensure all H and S policies are complied with
  • Provide advice to all staff
  • Define, implement and conduct reviews
  • Ensure the recording of all H and S issues and ensure all reports are investigated
  • Collaborate with the heads of all other departments
