An exciting new opportunity for someone to join my clients' newly renovated offices in Gloucester. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of an exciting and growing team.

Responsibilities:


  • The Operations Administrator's primary responsibility is to assume control over adding new Business Partners to the internal CRM systems and managing the data to make sure it is maintained current.
  • Reviewing the required payments, generating remittances, and forwarding them to the appropriate person will ensure that Business Partners are paid in accordance with their Supplier Agreement.
  • Support the external Business Development Team and Partner Success Team by serving as the point of contact for updates on system onboarding progress.
  • Actively suggest processes and system improvements.
  • You must consider how your choices (or inaction) may damage customers' interests or prevent them from getting what they want.

Requirements:


  • Do you have any experience in management or operations?
  • Computer knowledgeable and capable of performing admirably on novel platforms?
  • Excellent focus on detail?
