• Process purchase orders for customers on their platform e.g., Vendor Central, checking stock availability and advising which products are either in stock or out of stock.
• Provide updates on out of stocks and availability
• Assist with inventory in the D2C fulfilment centre as well as systematic movements on SAGE
• Liaise and provide information to the Accounts team
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using all tracking tools and any information gathering that is required
• Process customer refunds and stock reconciliations
• Update the price lists on our systems to match orders in ShopifyBuild sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Ensure the customer receives an exceptional experience and repeat business.
• Ensure the troubleshooting of processes and procedures to improve the customer experience.
• Liaise with the internal compliance team to ensure correct documentation and requirements are adhered to.
• Liaise with the colleagues to ensure USN's own website is reflective on stock images, pricing and product information.
• Ensure promotions banners are current and reflective.

Whilst not essential, experience of accounting software would be an advantage. You will be an excellent communicator and extremely well organised along with a strong eye for detail.
