Description
(Key Accounts are any customer with a large ongoing or one off spend, including businesses such as spa's, hotels, retailers, multiple or large salons, education facilities and distribution companies.

  • Responsible for delivering the Key Accounts sales and profit targets for each year and the sales plan.
  • Put forward your annual target and plan for Key Accounts to achieve these targets, using all possible sales principles such as customer account management, customer communication, customer acquisition, ranging, pricing and fulfilment.
  • Use the reporting framework to plan, forecast and monitor performance of each customer account.
  • Constantly use sales data with customer and market insight to understand and influence performance.
  • Recommend and implement strategies to drive sales using customer behaviour metrics and analytics.

New business and lead generation:

  • Create and deliver your annual plan for acquiring new customers. Use the lead generation mechanisms to work on the right level of sales and accounts. This will include leads from many sources including stores, customer service centre,
  • Attend appropriate shows and events to increase awareness
