    Description

    Technical Support and Training Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Support and Training Manager to join our team at {company}. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and training services to customers and internal teams, while driving business growth through product knowledge and industry standards.

    About the Role

    • Provide post-sale technical support to business and consumer customers, managing complex inquiries and recommending solutions.
    • Lead and manage technical support staff, enhancing processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and service improvements.
    • Develop and deliver technical training courses for customers, coordinating workshops and gathering feedback to improve learning outcomes.
    • Conduct employee training, address skills gaps, and monitor performance improvements through set KPIs.
    • Support the sales team with solutions to drive business growth, while staying updated on product knowledge and industry standards.

    Requirements

    • Qualified Electrician
    • Previous experience installing heating control products and systems

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 7% matched pension, medical cash plan, and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
