Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
Comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders and working across teams.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English (our working language).
Experience with HR tools, documentation platforms, analytics tools, or automation solutions is a strong plus.
Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast‐moving, tech‐driven environment.

Competitive compensation and flexible work arrangements.
Autonomy in your time management thanks to flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
