Description
Our client, a global music company, is seeking temporary cover for a
Project Manager for a client-facing project role.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Managing client communications as needed, and assisting Client Lead with regular client.
  • Continually updating status reports and project documentation.
  • Sharing actions and requirements with team members and clients after meetings.
  • Liaising with various departments and managing expectations appropriately.
  • Supporting the Artist Partnership team with Artist Term Sheet.
  • Maintaining a good understanding of all artist deliverables and timings.
  • Liaising with client and production team regarding final deliverables.
  • Liaising with the creative team to deliver updates on creative for client approval.
  • Coordinating production timings appropriately.
  • Conducting QA on content before sharing with client for accuracy.
  • Liaising with the creative team on internal checks before approaching client for approval.
  • Managing content upload on client platforms and ensuring all parties have final assets.
  • Managing the budget tracker and raising invoices and POs as needed.
  • Coordinating requirements with the Insights team and other reporting as needed.

Requirements:


  • Expert level organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing client communications and being in a client facing role.
  • Experience working in media/entertainment/music industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • IT proficiency.
