We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Negotiator to join our busy team at our Belfast sales office.

As an Internal Sales Negotiator you will be dealing with customer inbound enquiries and matching their needs to our product lines.

In the role you will be:

Making outbound telephone calls to maximise product utilisation and ensuring that all company hire procedures are fully complied with.
Promoting the Balloo Hire brand and a range of products to customers and upselling to existing customers.
Working methodically through customer enquiries to ensure strict time deadlines are met.
Managing your own performance whilst being an integral part of the team.
Qualifying the customer needs full to ensure we meet their expectations and requirements.

What will help you to excel in this role:

Excellent customer service skills
Strong IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft programs
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
The ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
The ability to promote our brand, products and services
