Recroot are looking for a Housing Software System Support Officer to join our client based with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

This role is starting at the beginning of June, working Mon to Fri up to 37 hours a week, in an ongoing contract.

To provide increased support and capacity during the implementation of the replacement Housing Software System. This post will provide technical assistance to the configuration, testing and training of the new software

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the operation of the management systems including their implementation, integration and their subsequent development across the department.
Support and administer management information systems as established within the department to include management of data within and between interfacing systems.
To take a lead role pushing forward with the implementation of new technology to assist with the delivery of operational requirements.
Change management of IT systems in line with current and future requirements of the department including system updates as required such as archiving and recharge updates.

Job Types:

Salary:
£13.17 per hour
