Our London based client is seeking to appoint an experienced Insurance Broker/Account Handler for an immediate start on a 3 Month Contract.

The role will see the Account Handler/Insurance Broker directly affect the sales performance & profitability of the business unti as a it is wholly responsible for the renewal of existing client & the placing of new business.

It is the responsibility of the Account Handler to renew a minimum of 95% of existing policies.

Role in brief:

IImplement our Renewal Process.
Implement the New Business Quotation Process using Audit Packs and the Insurer Pipeline list.
Produce a Broker Report which compares and contrasts the clients existing policy with the new quotes we have provided them. It should provide the customer with various scenarios in which the policy can and can't be used.
Complete Audit Packs for each risk worked.
Must consistently use CRM system to diarise reminders to call people and update details of existing/new clients. Complete health checks on all current clients.
Complete the renewal checklist
Complete required Broker Assess training to keep up to date with knowledge and fulfil FCA continuous professional development requirements
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of FCA compliance.
Every day, complete a Tracker Report and distribute this to your Manager & Senior Management
