About the Business Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled business professional to support our Product, Tech & Data team as a Business Manager. This key role will provide critical support to senior leadership teams and drive business goals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Action tracking and coordination with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Enabling effective decision making through administrative assistance and organisational support.
Managing meeting schedules across the business unit and coordinating supporting materials.
Project involvement, including driving cross-functional projects and prioritisation.
Creating engaging meeting materials and presentations for senior leadership teams.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Manager or equivalent role.
Expertise in authorising presentations, data analysis, research, and report writing.
Influencing stakeholder relationships and building consensus.
Ability to balance administrative duties with project leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.

About You

A successful candidate will have a strong track record of working in fast-paced environments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this Business Manager position is £52,500 (basic salary) plus performance-related bonuses, up to £60,000.
