Supply Chain Administrator - Antrim - Permanent
Are you looking for a role that will offer you a strong work life balance and potential for long term career opportunity?

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30 am pm and weekends off
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Temporary initially with view to becoming permanent
- £Negotiable salary & benefits package

  • Long established manufacturer

Duties:


  • Supporting Site Manager to organise weekly haulage for large loads, including managing a bookingin system for warehouse
  • Supporting the inbound/ outbound deliveries
  • Negotiating best lead times with Suppliers/ Hauliers
  • Organising daytoday deliveries to customer
  • Organising haulage in compliance with customs requirements
  • Delivering sales orders and purchase orders on ERP system
  • Ensure all orders are complete and arrive on time
  • Amending haulage prices; updating trade agreements on the system
  • Creating and maintaining trade agreements for all products on the purchase ledger
  • Daytoday filing and admin duties

Criteria:


  • Previous experience in a similar role ie supply chain administrator / supply & logistics administrator or equivalent
  • Strong administration and IT skills e.g. Microsoft office packages including excel
  • Confident communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good knowledge of customer orders / supply chain industry
