Supply Chain Administrator - Antrim - Permanent

- Monday to Friday, 8.30 am pm and weekends off
- 1 hour lunch break
- Temporary initially with view to becoming permanent
- Long established manufacturer
Duties:
- Supporting Site Manager to organise weekly haulage for large loads, including managing a bookingin system for warehouse
- Supporting the inbound/ outbound deliveries
- Negotiating best lead times with Suppliers/ Hauliers
- Organising daytoday deliveries to customer
- Organising haulage in compliance with customs requirements
- Delivering sales orders and purchase orders on ERP system
- Ensure all orders are complete and arrive on time
- Amending haulage prices; updating trade agreements on the system
- Creating and maintaining trade agreements for all products on the purchase ledger
- Daytoday filing and admin duties
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role ie supply chain administrator / supply & logistics administrator or equivalent
- Strong administration and IT skills e.g. Microsoft office packages including excel
- Confident communication skills both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of customer orders / supply chain industry
