Located in Leith, Edinburgh, Restalrig Park Medical Centre is a Section 2(c) Practice, within NHS Lothian and is directly managed by Edinburgh Health & Social Care Partnership.

The practice has a list size of approximately 6500.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of Practice Manager, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioners, Healthcare Assistants, Community Nurses, Health Visiting Staff, Assistant Practice Manager, Medical Secretary, Admin Support Staff and Receptionists.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and supportive team as an Appointments Officer.

Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the clinical appointments system, provide backfill cover to the reception team where required, provide annual leave cover for the Clinical Administrator and Secretary, and work with the Practice Manager and Assistant Manager in providing a high quality administrative service to the practice.

Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-2pm.
