    Job Title: Revenue Finance Analyst

    Type: Permanent

    Location: Reading/Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite

    This role presents an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Property & Revenue Finance team within a leading telecom infrastructure company, focused on maintaining financial integrity and driving overall business success.

    The Revenue Assurance Analyst collaborates with the Revenue Manager to manage critical aspects of Property Revenues and Costs, essential measures of operating performance, while seeking opportunities for growth and mitigating risks.

    The primary responsibility of the Revenue Assurance Analyst is to work with data from various sources to analyse, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. The Analyst will assist in developing and implementing Revenue Assurance processes to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliance with the master services agreement.

    • Support the development and implementation of revenue assurance processes
    • Perform regular revenue assurance tests to ensure systematic execution
    • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies
    • Suggest corrective actions for data discrepancies
    • Investigate and resolve revenue-related issues promptly
    • Update documentation regularly to reflect changes or updates in revenue assurance processes
    • Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce revenue leakage and enhance revenue
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue processes and improve efficiency
    • Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify errors or inconsistencies, ensuring linkage between revenue, ground leases, and CAPEX
    • Become a champion of data impact on Property Opex revenue, cost, and margin

    Requirements:

    • Part-qualified/Finalist CIMA/ACCA with relevant experience
    • Experience working with ambiguous data from multiple sources
    • A grasp of financial accounting to accurately interpret how data influences financial outcomes
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Advanced level Excel Skills (LOOKUPS, pivot tables) to ensure one source of truth and data consistency
    • Ability to work accurately to deadlines
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
