BHE UNI.IO is seeking energetic and motivated Telesales Student Advisers who are fluent in a second language (Romanian, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish) to join our dynamic team in London and Manchester.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and looking to make a significant impact on students' career paths through expert guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with new leads to develop interest and convert them into prospective students.
• Provide detailed advice on university admissions and help students choose careeroriented courses.
• Collect and manage necessary documentation for university admission purposes.
• Regularly update and maintain lead information on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Follow up on previous leads, ensuring they are nurtured and kept active in the CRM system.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar customeroriented role, with a minimum of 23 years in sales.
• Fluency in a second language (Romanian, Portuguese, Italian, or Spanish) is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for persuasion and negotiation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in digital communication tools.
• A proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
• A genuine interest in education and student career development.
