As we embark on an exciting period of growth, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Lead Estimator and Estimators in achieving highquality supplier/subcontractor quotations aligned with our strategic goals.

Your Impact:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind:

Document Management:
Prepare and manage supplier/sub-contractor packages, ensuring completeness before dispatch.

Coordination: Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for timely quotations and facilitate effective communication.
Analysis: Evaluate and compare quotations, creating comprehensive reports for the estimator's review.

Relationship Building:
Proactively engage with new/existing suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and providing constructive feedback.

Competency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with estimating software is a plus

Industry Experience:

Minimum 2 years in the construction industry or a similar role.
What you can expect

Hybrid working arrangement (Glasgow office/hom(3 days in our Glasgow Office or projects and 2 days at working from home if preferred)
Flexible working hours considered.
37.5 per week (9.30am 5.30pm, Monday to Friday).
Competitive salary and benefits, including pension, healthcare and car allowance.
26 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays.
