As a
Planning Administrator, you will support the Planning Manager in processing and managing project and order information within the schedule.
Your contributions will directly impact our supply chain's success and our ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and project information across internal stakeholders.
- Extract data from each order to ensure alignment with customer requirements; addressing any concerns before order release
- Utilize gathered information to update and release projects whilst adhering to capacity limits
- Partner with internal stakeholders including procurement and inbound planning, to secure necessary resources in support of the production schedule
- Update to relevant systems and communicate changes to all stakeholders
- Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions to the Planning Manager and internal stakeholders
- Update reports to provide information on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Update the order with amendments and convey changes in project processes to stakeholders
- Be a point of contact for planning related enquiries and amendments
- Develop departmental knowledge to enable you to provide cover during holidays, sickness, or busy periods. Being flexible and agile in assisting other departments when required is part of the current company practice
- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction, prioritizing client needs and expectations
Essential Skills
- Have a minimum of 2 years administration experience ideally within a logistics or planning position
- Highly organised and able to process data accurately
- Good communication skills
- Driven, proactive and resilient
- Able to develop own knowledge and skills within a wellmotivated team
- A passion for delivering customer service excellence in a costeffective way
The hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
