up to £23,500 per annum

Job Description What You'll be Doing As a Credit Advisor**The main goal of this role is to minimize business risk exposure of credit customers by securing payment.


Working to required SLA's and targets you will:

  • Provide vetting of customers to assess creditworthiness and risk, within a 48-hour turnaround.
  • Liaise and gain payment from customers with delinquent credit scores.
  • Liaise with credit controllers in relation to overdue debt.
  • Review customer risk exposure and update customer credit limits.
  • Support the handling of deposits received and the accurate reconciliation to the ledger.
  • Deal with all aspects of insolvencies including preparing proof of debt forms.
  • Data management including changes, to support the accounts' receivable function.
  • Any other duties and cover for others deemed relevant to the credit vetting team.

WORKING HOURS:
37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Hybrid Working


Qualifications What We Would Like You To Bring**- Experience of working within a credit control/risk management field would be desirable but not essential

  • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong administration and customer service skills.
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced environment with a tenacious and investigative attitude.
  • Data processing & analysis skills desirable
  • Good working knowledge of excel (using formulas and creating spreadsheets)
