United Living is a fast-paced, ambitious and rapidly expanding business, with huge plans for the future.

Our Property Services team work with a number of key local authority and housing association partners, and we are currently looking for a Project Administrator who will be working in our head office based in Swanley, Kent.


We need an experienced Project Administrator who is capable of managing multiple administrative duties to enable these works to be completed smoothly and with all the relevant documentation completed, up to date and stored correctly.


Essential:

  • Great verbal communication.
  • Strong client facing and team working skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role but training specific to the role will be provided
This role requires a great multi-tasker with strong written and verbal communication skills.

You will be working with the wider team to deliver a best in class admin support service, so we need somebody with strong IT skills including Word and Excel, a starter-finisher who is able to meet deadlines and deliver tasks to high standards.


The role of Project Administrator is a critical role within our business, and can create opportunities for you to develop your career in other areas in the future.
