We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Surveyor to work in Doncaster on a 3 month contract.

36 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary £16.10 per hour PAYE or £19.85 per hour via Umbrella

You will be responsible for working with Housing Association across Doncaster ensure all properties are up to a high standard.

Main focus is around damp, mould and condensation, experience of this required.

"As part of the Responsive Repairs Team, you will play a crucial role ensuring that our customers' homes are safe and compliant.

You will share our passion for delivering an excellent service for our customers and will be able to plan and organise your work to ensure that all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Teamwork is an essential part of this role, and there is an expectation that our colleagues share best practice and provide support to each other in order to meet the common goals of the team.

You will also actively seek out new ways to add value and take our performance to the next level"
