Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all equipment is cleaned to the set standard
• Following correct cleaning procedures with the use of cleaning schedules
• Beingaware of the need to use the correct chemicals.
• Ensuring all pots, pans, crockery are cleaned thoroughly throughout theday.
• Maintaining a neat appearance of the pot wash area and cleaning equipmentstorage areas.
• Beingable to sweep and mop the kitchen floor at the end of eachshift
• Ensuring all bins are emptied throughout the day and are washed insideand out at the end of each shift

Additional Information:

• Part time position - 8 hours per week
