    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated SHE Advisor to join our Build Team in the Southern Region. The successful candidate will be based in Southampton, Hampshire.

    This is a full-time, permanent role.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the SHE Team in providing Specialist Health, Safety & Welfare advice for Construction Sites across the Southern Region.
    • Carrying out regular audits, inspections and visits to identify safe and unsafe on-site working conditions and practices.
    • Advising on the implementation of CDM, Safe Systems of Work and Construction Phase Plans.
    • Compiling accident reports and providing recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
    • Ensuring management has necessary information to maintain safe working practices.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • A proactive approach to resolving issues and finding practical solutions.
    • Familiarity with current IT systems.
    • A clean driving license and willingness to travel.
