Lunchtime supervisor

- Location - Birmingham


- Start
date - ASAP


- Position - Lunchtime Supervisor


- Full-time - 12pm -1.05pm daily


Balfor Education is looking for a pro-active lunchtime supervisor, looking to work with young children and supervise them during their lunch break.

They will be responsible for all the usual lunchtime duties (see below), be able to deal calmly with any problems which may arise and help the children to develop socially.


The role will involve:


  • Supervision/playing games with children in playgrounds or classrooms in wet weather.
  • To assist in the development of good table manners.
  • Ensure that children in the dining area are behaving in an orderly fashion by productive and fun engagement.
  • Supervision of corridor area, toilets etc.
  • To assist generally with occurrences arising until school recommences for the afternoon session i.e. basic first aid in accident cases, sickness etc.

Requirements:


  • 6 Months experience working in UK
  • Experience working with children with SEND.
  • Adaptability to your surroundings
  • Great use of initiative.
  • DBS (This can also be carried out on registration)

Part-time hours: 5 per week


Salary:
£14.99-£15.00 per hour
