Customer Service Assistant - Derby**We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to contribute towards Quadralene's strategic vision. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by working as part of our Customer Service and Logistics teams to deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure smooth operations of the logistics process.


As the Customer Service Assistant, you will help the business achieve its targets by liaising with internal and external customers to resolve queries and support the sales fulfilment process.

You will collaborate with colleagues, to share, build together and meet our goals.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

  • Main point of contact for Field Sales team, answering queries related to orders & stock.
  • Act as support and holiday cover for the Customer Service Manager.
  • Dental CPD training administration, including certificate preparation.
  • Process samples and materials where required to help aid the external sales of dental products.
  • Provide reception cover where required, booking customers into site, booking of visitor accommodation and requirements.
  • Administrative support related to Facilities management.
  • Work within agreed structure to provide customers with quotations and discounts for products.

Logistics

  • Act as support and holiday cover for the Head of Logistics.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers & customs representatives to enable our goods to be shipped efficiently around the globe.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including but not limited to the factory & operations team, to facilitate smooth operation of the logistics function.
  • Support with administrative changes to the logistics transport schedule

Your experience includes:


  • Experience in customer service and/or logistics admin type roles.
  • Strong team working skills and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative, excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Microsoft Office Skills, (Excel, word, Access, Powerpoint).
