As the HubSpot Administrator you will work closely with the Commercial Manager alongside the Marketing Department to ensure that the CRM is used to its full capability.

You will be managing the day-to-day running of HubSpot as well as maintaining and implementing improvements.

Your role will be heavily based around the use of 'Sequences' within HubSpot to create effecting Marketing campaigns and positive engagement from our clients.


The role will be based at our Head Quarters on Rutland Road (Saxon Works) and support our team of both support office functions, management and production colleagues.

You will ensure that the department achieves and maintains a competitive commercial advantage through the implementation of our sales and marketing strategies.


Main Job Duties
As HubSpot Administrator you will work closely with all our teams within the business but most notably with the Marketing Team and the Sales Department


Your duties will include:

  • Assist with data management including data cleansing and deduplication
  • Provide tech support/troubleshooting for HubSpot as needed
  • Analyse CRM data with the Commercial Manager and the Marketing team and suggest improvements.
  • Drive CRM and CMS initiatives, ongoing change management and overseeing technical execution of campaigns
  • Work with your colleagues within the marketing team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns
  • Maintain and improving data management processes and accuracy
  • As a key part of the wider Marketing team you will be responsible for owning and developing technical design, build, deployment and delivery of a range of multichannel HubSpot programs
  • Build campaigns using segmentation, dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Create multiple automated campaigns to nurture leads, convert to sales and data cleansing initiatives
  • Monitor live automations to ensure they continue to perform
  • Manage knowledge base content
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and testing, ensuring we get the most out of the campaign management platform
  • Manage user access
  • Assist the Marketing team with SEO and other activity as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Skills required.

  • 2+ years' experience with HubSpot especially Marketing Hub.
  • Experience with maintenance of HubSpot including: HubSpot Data, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, CMS Hub.
  • You are analytical, datadriven and wellversed with Excel
  • You are detailoriented and thrive in dynamic and fastpaced working environments.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • You are a strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
  • Automation sequencing experience
  • Knowledge & Experience of GDPR and best practice
