HR Project Manager

Various sites are available (Farnborough, Preston, Warton of Samlesbury)

Fixed Term Contract - 24 months

Salary - Competitive

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an experienced HR Project Manager, to join a well-established successful, growing team in the UK.

HR Project Manager main responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining the project plan for the Global HR Policy Modernisation programme.
Identify risks, issues and dependencies, associated with the project including logging, and tracking actions.
Works closely with other HR leads to understand progression against agreed policy priorities and wider HR Transformation deliverables.
Responsible for all reporting activity for Policy modernisation project, including completion of all programme board packs
Attends key programme board meetings and can confidently deputise for the Head of ER Policy.

HR Project Manager experience required:

Previous project planning experience, preferably in HR
Able to analyse data to identify trends and implications
Deep knowledge of People functional and business matters
HR Related qualification
Previous experience in HR transformation change projects, including business, process or systems change
