Description
The Role:
- Servicing, fault finding, and repairs on gas boilers, and other gas appliances
- Boiler Installations
- Plumbing repairs
- Heating repairs
- Must have extensive fault finding and boiler breakdown experience (ideally 3 years' experience minimum)
- Be competent at plumbing and heating repairs
- Must be able to carry out boiler installations to a high standard
- Keep their workspace clean when operating at clients' properties
- Good communication/ customer service skills
- Strong firsttime fix rate on boiler breakdowns and plumbing/heating repairs
- Provide reports on the company platform on completion of jobs
- Willing to meet deadlines and work to targets
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience using a multimeter
- Hold domestic
ACS:
CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1

Experience:
- Plumbing: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- City & Guilds ACS Qualifications (required)
