Location:
Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV10 0RG

Permanent (Full-Time)
Monday to Friday
, 7:30 to 5:00 pm shift pattern

Salary Rate:
Starting From £27,500 - £29,000
As a
Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of your team within the warehouse operation.

To ensure company's targets and objectives are met, to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Maintain productivity in the logístical packing process
Responsible for team supervision including performance management
Ensure all team members are following health and safety procedures
Engage with line manager delegating tasks
Create efficiency at all posted working stations for optimal productivity
Engage with startup meetings and be comfortable leading a team
Maintain inventory accuracy of the warehouse
Manage incoming shipments & communication within your team
Perform regular checks on equipment and machinery

About You

Experience with leading and motivating teams
Very good communication skills and a high proficiency in both written and spoken English
Good level of numeracy
Attention to detail
Ability to thrive in fastpaced environment
Able to understand and implement health and safety policies along with safe working practices
Able to balance responsibilities and use logical thinking to prioritise important tasks
Able to manage fluctuating workload
Able to perform to KPIs keeping track of targets
Experience or understanding of warehouse/ production environment
