  • Fixed Term/Permanent Contract

An enthusiastic, versatile Teaching Assistant is required to join our small but dedicated and hardworking team of Specialist Teaching Assistants.**- Key responsibilities:
  • Assisting with delivery of teaching and learning.
  • Work will involve working within classes, one to one and with small groups of children as part of a team.
  • Interpreting for some teaching staff
  • Can you demonstrate:
  • Previous experience of working in education is essential.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • GCSE grade C/5 in English and Mathematics or equivalent skills.
  • BSL Skills and a commitment to study to BSL Level
  • A strong interest in the education and care of deaf learners.
  • Good ICT Skills
  • Ability to work constructively and positively as part of a team.
  • A patient, nonjudgemental attitude, and a passion to see young people succeed.
