Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Transport Co-ordinator for a permanent role based at our clients manufacturing and distribution siteThe Role involves:
- Arranging Delivery Routes and Dispatching Drivers
- Liaising with drivers on the road as a first point of contact and using GPS
- Helping to make the transport more efficient where possible
- Creating and Maintaining Transportation Paperwork and Processing
- Overseeing Port Clearance
- Maintaining and Reporting on KPI's
- Reviewing Driver Hours and helping on hours processing
The working times and pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 09:0017:00 with a 16:00 finish on Fridays
- Permanent role from Day 1
Skills/Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience working in a Transport Department
- Understanding of Commodity codes and Customs
- Understanding of ADR and IMDG regulations
- IT Literate
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Experience:
Previous Transport Department: 2 years (required)
- Computer literacy: 1 year (required)
- Customs: 1 year (required)
