Description
Working as a member of the Information Management team, you will be completing a Digital Delivery apprenticeship (Level 4) and work within the remit of digital delivery across the project, whilst supporting and interfacing with all functions.
In the role you will part of maintaining the information processes from all disciplines, external sources and clients ensuring the information is captured and managed for the lifetime of the project.
What you'll be doing:
- To assist the Information Management team with the following:
- Co-ordination and management of effective project information in line with company procedures and HS2 Works Information.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards for information management.
- Appropriate us of internal data systems on the project.
- Ensuring use and understanding of the projects common coding structure.
Who we're looking for:
- A knowledge of an interest in software languages.
- Strong organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Apprenticeship Overview:
- Apprenticeship Standard: Digital Delivery Level 4
- Entry Requirements: GCSE or equivalent at grades 4/C in Maths and English.
Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) is responsible for designing and building part of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure project in Europe: HS2.
We are building the West Midlands section of HS2's Phase One route, spanning approximately 90km from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.
We will be employing thousands of people from the region to design and build the civil infrastructure for HS2 and we are looking for a wide range of skills to join the team and support this unique and ground breaking project.
