Temporary position

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Central London

THE COMPANY:

You will be working as a host receptionist for a global insurance company, whose offices reside in a modern skyscraper that boast a whole 360-degree view of London's skyline.

As a host receptionist you will be responsible for thecare of guests and providing general support for staff.

THE ROLE:
You will be joining a warm and personable receptionist team and your duties will include:

Working the switch board
Handling admin duties
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Organizing calendars and meeting rooms
Updating spread sheets
Dealing with facilities issues
Liaising with the catering team
Knowledge of Microsoft packages and computerliterate
Great organization skills
Proficient communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure
