The Project Leader provides comprehensive team, administrative, and project support to ensure effective overall management of accounts and execution of deliverables.

You are key to effectively managing day-to-day activities of individual projects in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are met and that costs are kept under control.


The Role

  • Embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
  • Comply with companysanctioned processes for delivery of projects through adherence to best practices/SOPs and use of internal systems that enable efficient and effective execution.
  • Interact with internal delivery teams including Content, Creative, Finance, and other delivery operations members to assure that projects are delivered ontime, onbudget to meet client expectations.
  • With guidance from senior staff, the Project Leader is expected to support the financial and project management of assigned projects to ensure successful execution and outcome.
  • Provide taskbased project management support, assisting the Account Services team and wider delivery teams in meeting daytoday tasks, including project routing, timelines development and maintenance, and budget/hours management/monitoring.
  • Keep team members informed and regularly updated on project status. Triage competing requests and find solutions for capacity and resource issues.
  • Coordinate revisions, submission preparation and conduct followup as necessary.
  • Own task management in timetracking and project management systems: implements/maintains projects.

What You Need

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years Pharma Agency experience in Med Comms (please specifically point out publications).
  • Strong communication skills written and orally.
  • Strong computer skills, compliance and/or publication tracking systems.
  • Ability to multitask, supporting various projects.
