A Supervisor is the link between the shop floor and the management team. Not only will you be responsible for your colleagues but, you will also have an integral part to play in keeping the customers happy and the store shipshape
Being keyholder, no day will be the same, but your main duties will include providing excellent customer service, assisting with replenishment of stock, managing staff rotas/breaks and various roles within the managers office.
As a trusted member of management, the qualities we look for include, reliability, a passion for people, flexibility, and excellent communication/leadership skills.
Hours of this position are 40 per week on a temporary contract covering maternity, working alternate weekends to ensure a healthy work/life balance.

£25,480.00 per year
