EDI is launching a new project in the
United Kingdom, and is looking for uk-resident professionals
with a valid working visa.
EDI is looking for a
VFX Coordinator to join our creative team.**_

Job responsibilities:
_**- Collaborate with producers, leads, and supervisors to track and manage workflow across departments to meet internal and external deadlines
- organizes reviews and meetings, taking notes and following up on the information
- ensures that the production database is updated daily with notes and information- maintains fluent communication between supervisor/lead and all other departments
- anticipate and communicate problems to producers and supervisors to resolve problems quickly
- takes detailed and comprehensive notes and reviews them with the lead
- supervises and organizes the dispatch of deliveries to customers
- helps maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office by being proactive and problem-solving oriented.


Requisiti:


  • Highly organized and skilled in project management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
  • Ability to remain calm in a busy environment
  • Basic understanding of liveaction and CGbased visual effects workflows
  • Basic understanding of common file formats and resolutions.
  • Previous experience as a VFX coordinator or VFX Production Assistant
  • Existing knowledge of production tracking systems (Ftrack a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel)
  • Basic skills on Mac OS and Linux.
