Vanta Staffing are looking for a Team Leader for our small warehouse to ensure all orders are complete and shipped to schedule.

You must have some basic experience supervising workers in a previous role.

Duties of the Team Leader

  • Manage the busy warehouse.
  • Handling shipments.
  • Supervising warehouse staff (between 05 workers.)
  • Loading and unloading goods.
  • Stock control.
  • Picking and packing.
  • Train new employees.
  • Updating computer database for daily orders.
  • Communicating on telephone to other departments.
Requirements of the Team Leader

  • Strong and disciplined attitude to work.
  • Organisation skills.
  • Ability to supervise a small team.
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills.
Working hours

Monday to Friday

8am

  • 5pm
40 hour working week.

Pay per hour - £13

Potential for overtime.

This is a 12 week temporary to permanent role.

For the 12 weeks you will be paid by Vanta Staffing.

Once permanent the salary will be £27k.

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£12.50-£13.00 per hour
