full-time KS2 Teaching Assistant for a
Primary School in
L11 to start ASAP until July 2024

This is a temp to perm opportunity.

Your role & responsibilities of KS1 Teaching Assistant:

  • Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
  • Be committed to raising attainment, aspiration, and selfesteem of pupils
  • Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
  • You will work closely with the class teacher to provide a safe environment and engaging lesson

Non-negotiables:

-
Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.)
or relevant experience within the last two years supporting children in either an education, social care, nursery, community/youth role, college/university placement or any volunteer roles

  • Previously support children in schools or SEN setting or similar.
  • Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
  • Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
  • Be able to display excellent verbal communication as well as the ability to actively listen.
