The Role
Canopius is seeking an claims professional with knowledge of handling claims in the London insurance market.

This individual will be a referral point for our delegated claims partners and be responsible for developing key relationships both internally but also externally.

Responsibilities will include:

Proactively adjust claims within their claims authority and in accordance with the Canopius claims manual; ensuring and delivering the very highest service to all our customers by effectively driving claims through to resolution.
Ensure delegated claims are managed in accordance with Canopius' claims values, ensuring effective oversight of TPAs/Service Providers via regular reporting on key performance indicators, peer reviews, file reviews and generally sharing of best practice.
Nurture and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; in particular with the underwriters for these classes of business.
Instruct and proactively work with panel lawyers, adjusters, and experts to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
