Description

Mercedes-Benz Hertford are looking for a Driver to join their busy Service Team. If you live local to the Hertford Dealership and hold a clean, full UK Drivers Licence, please get in touch

To maintain a high standard of presentation and to ensure that levels of customer service within the department are in line with company standards

To undertake any driving duties as requested both on and off site, ensuring that the "rules" of the road are adhered to at all times
To report any customer complaints to the Service Team Manager
To drive and operate all vehicles within the limits of the law, observing all Highway Instructions
To handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times
To respect other peoples property and operate to the highest standards while representing the Company

To prepare, when required, job packs, collection notes, maps, etc., and to assist the CD STM in clerical aspects of his/her job

Other ad hoc jobs as and when required

Salary:
£9.50-£10.00 per hour
