Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:
- Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
- Recent post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist
Main Duties:
- This role is for a clinical dysphagia specialist who will be responsible for delivering a dysphagia service by providing dysphagia assessment and management
- Developing the dysphagia pathway
- Delivering training and clinical supervision
- Overseeing that standards of service provision are set, monitored and maintained
- The job will be based within the Community Learning Disabilities Teams.
- These teams support everyone with a learning disability in Surrey including those living independently, with family, in care settings and in Surrey and Borders services
