Requirements of the Speech and Language Therapist/SLT:

Degree or equivalent within Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration
Recent post qualifying experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist

Main Duties:

This role is for a clinical dysphagia specialist who will be responsible for delivering a dysphagia service by providing dysphagia assessment and management
Developing the dysphagia pathway
Delivering training and clinical supervision
Overseeing that standards of service provision are set, monitored and maintained
The job will be based within the Community Learning Disabilities Teams.
These teams support everyone with a learning disability in Surrey including those living independently, with family, in care settings and in Surrey and Borders services
