    Evaluating Your Suitability

    Mandatory Requirements

    1. Minimum 1-year experience in IT support.
    2. Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support
    3. Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/macOS)
    4. Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure
    5. Able to drive
    6. Polite, confident, and effective communicator
    7. Sincere passion for exceptional customer service
    8. Excellent time management and priority determination skills
    9. Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism
    10. Team player – providing feedback and supporting colleagues
    11. Enhanced DBS check (conducted by the company and must remain clean)

    Desirable Experience

    Experience working within Education.

    Role Responsibilities

    1. Regular visits to customer sites in and around Wiltshire, with occasional travel to other locations
    2. Providing on-site and remote technical support to customers
    3. Performing tasks to support service or system maintenance and IT project delivery
    4. Maintaining positive relationships with customers
    5. Assisting other teams as needed
