Job Purpose

  • Lead audits from planning to completion for a wide range of clients.
  • Plan and deliver various corporate engagements.
  • Execute assurance assignments for statutory and group reporting.
  • Mentor junior staff, supporting their learning and development.
  • Monitor client expectations, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Build trusted and longlasting client relationships.
  • Identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Work closely with senior team members to support the audit function's strategic direction, gaining business development skills.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with experience managing a varied portfolio within practice.
  • Demonstrable knowledge across audit work, including leading onsite assignments.
  • Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.
  • Selfmotivated, reliable, and proactive.
  • A drive to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team.
  • Confident in reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
  • Networking and relationship building skills.
  • First class organisational, multitasking and delegation skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to confidently seek new business opportunities.
