What you will do:

Work with the CRM and Retention team to develop and execute a CRM strategy that resonates with our subscribers, driving both retention and conversion.
Work with the Retention Data & Analytics squad to sharpen our CRM initiatives, wielding AB and MV testing to aid further optimisation.

What you should bring:

Graduate in a Business or Marketing related degree or ~1 year of professional experience in a relevant field
Commercially focused and curious, with a knowledge of webbased and mobile ecommerce
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail
Proven organisational and time management skills and proficient in MS Office
Excellent verbal and written communication ability, with the capability to work crossfunctionally
