A Private Construction Firm who's head office is based in North London is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join their team temporary Works Design team.


This is a full time, permanent role with the purpose of the role to be appointed as Temporary Works Coordinator and take responsibility for managing the requesting, reviewing and installation of temporary works designs.

To monitor the quality of the installationand construction of works and prepare, maintain & collate final documentation for each project for the Company's records and / or submission to our clients.


The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Review of Project requirements and production of Temporary Works Design brief
  • Technical and buildability review of Temporary Works Designs
  • Quality Control of Temporary Works installation and required modifications, including production of design registers and required permits
  • Production and maintenance of Inspection Test Plans
  • Setting out and dimensional control of the works
  • Produce accurate 'asbuilt' drawings of the constructed works
  • Recording data and maintaining site records
  • Be conversant and up to date with relevant legislation on construction issues
  • To carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

Requirements:


  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • Must hold a current UK Driving License
  • EUSR National Water Hygiene
  • NRSWA Supervisor (Essential)
